Here's another item for that Back to School to-do-list;
- schedule appointment for immunizations (and sports physicals too!)
Before a student can attend the 2021-22 school year, parents must provide proof of full immunization, proof that a schedule of immunization has been started or a certificate of exemption signed by a healthcare provider. If you have not already done so, please submit documentation to the District Office between now and August 18th, or to your student's school office beginning August 18th.
If your student is out of elementary school it doesn't mean you're all done with immunizations. State law requires a Tdap booster for all students entering 7th grade, so make that appointment now while we've got you thinking about it.
