The Blaine Police and High School administration have surfaced evidence of threats to the school. The individual accused of making threats is currently in custody. Just after 3pm a staff member inadvertently entered the campus lockdown code into an office desk phone which activated an announcement campuswide. Students and staff who were still within buildings were moved into a safe location, and those exiting campus continued their exit. It took approximately 5 minutes to clarify that it was a false alarm and the lockdown was lifted.
